The Behrouz Biryani Gift Card is redeemable only on the EatSure iOS/android app The Behrouz Biryani Gift Card is issued by Pine Labs Private Limited (Pine Labs), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to issue such Gift Cards. These gift cards are issued under the Brand Name of Qwikcilver Gift Cards are Issued by Pine Labs under the Brand Name of Qwikcilver Every holder of Gift Cards shall be required to add the value stored on such Gift Card into the EatSure User Account You agree and understand that the Behrouz Biryani Gift Card is a pre-paid payment Instrument subjected to regulations by RBI under the RBI guidelines. Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Pine Labs may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Behrouz Biryani Gift Card and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the Behrouz Biryani Gift Card and/or transaction undertaken using the Behrouz Biryani Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Pine Labs may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the Behrouz Biryani Gift Card for any such information. In the event the beneficiary/Know Your Customer (KYC;) details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient, Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited /Pine Labs retain the right to cancel the Gift Card so issued Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited shall honour and consider requests for blocking of Gift Cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms The Behrouz Biryani Gift Card can be purchased by debit cards and credit cards issued by Indian Banks. No Gift Card may be purchased by cash or by prepaid wallets. The Behrouz Biryani Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Behrouz Biryani Gift Card No cash withdrawal is permissible against the Behrouz Biryani Gift Card Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Pine Labs Private Limited reserves the right to cancel the Behrouz Biryani Gift Card if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received. In case the order is cancelled within the timeframe as mentioned in the Cancellation Policy, wherein the Customer has redeemed the Behrouz Biryani Gift Card, in such scenario the Customers’ Behrouz Biryani Gift Card shall be credited with the amount equivalent to the redemption amount. The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired Gift Card. Upon receipt of such request, the Behrouz Biryani Gift Card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions To redeem, user must enter the 16-digit Gift Card number and the mpin on the payment/check out page If the value of the service exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid by the user through other available payment modes The Behrouz Biryani Gift Card can be redeemed multiple times until value of the Gift Card is exhausted User cannot club more than 1 Gift Card in one order No fees or charges apply to the purchase Gift Cards Delivery charges and taxes as applicable This Gift Card does not allow any top up or reload The Behrouz Biryani Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue The user is solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift card. Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited and/or Pine Labs are not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission No duplicate card shall be issued EatSure shall not be held liable or responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this Gift Card. The Gift card is non-returnable & non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full Gift Cards are normally sent instantly via email/SMS. However, in case of system issues, the delivery may take up to 24 hours. How are digital gift cards delivered?
When the Thankbox is sent the recipient receives a unique and secure link to redeem their gift. They choose their currency, retailer online gift card of choice or prepaid Visa or Mastercard option, and are then sent the virtual digital gift card, or individual e-voucher to their Inbox.
How does the recipient spend their digital gift voucher?
Once the recipient has chosen their currency, retailer online gift card of choice or prepaid Visa or Mastercard option they can then go shopping. Ensuring to select any ‘pay by online gift voucher’ or similar option at checkout.
Many stores will also allow any virtual gift card to be used for more than one transaction, up to the gift card collection total amount. Split payments between virtual gift cards and credit cards are also common with many retailers, as are payments in physical stores, John Lewis being a good example.
Does adding to an online gift card collection have any fees?
We add a small fee to each gift contribution to cover our payment processing & fraud check costs.
This amount varies depending on the currency you are collecting in: 🇬🇧 GBP collections are charged at 1.1% + £0.17. e.g. contributing £10 means you'll pay £10.28 🇪🇺 EUR collections are charged at 2.5% + €0.17. e.g. contributing €10 means you'll pay €10.42 🇺🇸 USD collections are charged at 2.9% + $0.19. e.g. contributing $10 means you'll pay $10.48
The fee is always clearly and explicitly stated whenever someone leaves a contribution.

Are payment details handled safely?
Thankbox uses Stripe as our payment provider. They are the gold standard for internet payments, used by companies such as Airbnb, Lyft and Booking.com. They handle all of the payment details, including security.
All collected digital gift card funds are stored in a dedicated secure bank account with restricted access.
